Managing Workplace Issues
Workplace issues are a broad range of situations that many of us experience in the course of our working lives. They can be issues that range through workplace bullying, job uncertainty or unreasonable expectations. But they can also include difficulty in managing a team or feeling a lack of confidence in ourselves.
Left untreated, workplace issues can lead on to depression, anxiety and low self esteem. Prolonged exposure to things like workplace bullying can also lead on to PTSD and other trauma related conditions.
Given we spend a large amount of our time at work, if we are in an unhappy or unproductive environment, the flow-on effects can impact our family and friendship relationships as well.
At Eucalyptus Psychology we understand the importance of having healthy and productive workplace interactions.
