About Eunice Chan
Eunice is particularly passionate about assisting those recovering from trauma to regain a sense of safety and well-being, as well as supporting people navigating cultural transitions and those living with OCD. She uses evidence-based approaches for OCD including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) within a compassionate, ACT-informed framework. Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, she is able to work effectively with clients from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
Eunice’s therapeutic approach combines evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). She tailors therapy to each person’s unique needs within a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment. She believes everyone has the capacity for growth and change, and is honoured to support clients on their journey toward greater well-being.
Outside of therapy, Eunice enjoys travelling, slow walks, photography, cafe-hopping, reading, and reformer Pilates.
