Eucalyptus Psychology welcomes expressions of interest from psychiatrists and psychologists looking to consult from a warm, supportive, and ethically run practice.
The practice provides access to thoughtfully designed therapeutic rooms and administrative support across two locations, Mooroolbark and Olinda, as well as for telehealth work. Practitioners using the Eucalyptus rooms include consultant and general psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, psychologists, and registrars, each shaping their practice to reflect their own interests, values, and preferred way of working.

Who we're looking for
Psychiatrists
Expressions of interest from consultant and general psychiatrists who share an interest in long-term, formulation-based care and collegial practice are warmly welcomed. Psychiatry referrals typically come through GP and specialist pathways. TAC, FAS, and DVA are accepted alongside standard Medicare billing.
Psychologists
Clinical psychologists, psychologists, and registrars at any career stage are warmly welcomed. Psychology referrals at Eucalyptus typically come through the Better Access (Medicare) program, with additional opportunities to work with NDIS, TAC, DVA, and FAS depending on each practitioner’s interests. Incoming enquiries are matched to practitioner interests and capacity, and each practitioner decides which clients they take on.
Why Eucalyptus?
Eucalyptus Psychology has been a clinical home for psychologists in the Dandenong Ranges for over ten years, and welcomed its first consultant psychiatrist in 2026. The practice is built on a genuine belief that good clinical care requires space, autonomy, and a culture that supports rather than constrains the practitioners using its rooms.
